Nature Groups & Workshops

At its core, ecological psychology explores the relationship between nature and humans and its interconnectedness. In my work, I focus on the relationship not as two things that are separate, but the fact that as humans we ARE nature. By disconnecting with nature, we are in fact disconnecting from ourselves. My workshops and groups focus on reconnection to ourselves and others, using nature as a medium and focal point.

The day focuses on exploring grief through group sharing, mindfulness, ritual and creative exploration. Day workshops cost £70 which includes a basic lunch. These workshops take place outdoors so please prepare for all weathers.

Parenting: A Collective Experience

The state of the world right now is impacting how we feel not just as people, but also as parents. It can feel overwhelming, isolating and at times, despairing. I offer an online group space for up to 10 individuals to explore what it feels like to be a parent today, within the themes of ecological change, technology advancements and and societal expectations.

These sessions are weekly and will be held across 5 evenings. I hold these sessions online, to be as inclusive for all parents as possible, as I understand its not always easy to find time for yourself. Couples discount is available.

Next Course will be available in 2025, please contact me for more details.
