Nature Based Counsellor

About Me
I am an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, specialising in person centred counselling and eco-therapy. I offer outdoor 1-2-1 sessions in person, where we can walk and talk, or find a place to explore our surroundings as part of the therapeutic process. I also offer online and telephone sessions, if this feels preferable.

As each person experiences the world in a slightly different way,
working in a way that honours individuality is imperative for me. I choose to work flexibly and without judgment, so that my clients feel free to express themselves in whatever way feels most comfortable.

I work to a professional standard, holding a Diploma in Psycho-therapeutic Counselling, as well as being a member of the BACP. What that means for you is that you can feel confident that you are working with an experienced individual who upholds an ethical framework when working with clients.

About Counselling
Before setting up a session, it is good to have an initial consultation, to get a sense of what working together might be like. from here we can work out a plan for ongoing sessions.

Counselling offers a safe space where you can be heard. I provide a professional, confidential space where you can share what you need without judgement and without barriers. The counselling process allows the healing process to begin from within and allows each individual to go at their own pace.

It is my job to walk alongside you in this process, ensure that you are held in a safe space and be present for your needs in the session.
