About Me
I am an Integrative Counsellor & Psychotherapist, specialising in person centred counselling and eco-therapy.
I offer outdoor 1-2-1 sessions in person, where we can walk and talk, or find a place to explore our surroundings as part of the therapeutic process. I work in the surrounding areas of Glastonbury (BA6), Wells (BA5), Street (BA16) & Shepton Mallet (BA4) in Somerset.
I offer online and telephone sessions, if this feels preferable, or if meeting in person isn't practical for you.

I have experience in supporting clients with anxiety, addiction, ADHD, autism, parenting struggles, mood disorders, trauma and life transitions .

As an identity affirming therapist, I see the person in front of me and accept you for you. I choose to work flexibly and without judgment, so that you can feel free to express yourself in whatever way feels most comfortable.

I work to a professional standard, holding a Diploma in Psycho-therapeutic Counselling and am a member of the BACP.

Counselling offers a safe space where you can be heard. I provide a professional, confidential space where you can share what you need without judgement and without barriers. The counselling process allows the healing process to begin from within and allows each individual to go at their own pace. ​

It is my job to walk alongside you in this process, ensure that you are held in a safe space and be present for your needs in the session.
